We collect your email, name, and profile image from Google to identify you as a unique user and to display your name and image in your user profile. This helps personalize your experience on our platform.

We also collect information regarding your typing speed, accuracy, and the content you type to enhance your experience and improve our service.

For payment processing, we use Stripe as our payment processor. When you make a payment, Stripe collects and processes your payment information directly. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers.

We use PostHog for analytics to help us understand how our service is being used and to improve your experience. This includes:

  • Usage patterns and feature interactions (e.g., which books you view, typing sessions started)
  • Performance metrics (e.g., typing speed, accuracy, session duration)
  • Navigation behavior (e.g., page views, chapter navigation)
  • Device and browser information
  • IP address (automatically collected by PostHog)
  • For authenticated users: association of usage data with your user ID to provide personalized insights and improve your experience

PostHog data is retained for a maximum of 7 years in accordance with PostHog's data retention policies. You can opt out of analytics tracking at any time by enabling "Do Not Track" in your browser settings or by contacting us.

We use Sentry for error tracking and monitoring to ensure our service remains stable and reliable. This may include technical information about errors you encounter while using our service, including but not limited to browser information and error logs.

How We Use Your Information

Your information is used to personalize your training sessions, track your progress, and potentially recommend content or challenges. Payment information is processed by Stripe to handle subscriptions and payments. Analytics data collected through PostHog helps us improve our service and user experience. Error tracking through Sentry helps us identify and fix technical issues quickly.
